Theoretical physicist/ popular academic influencer Eleonora Svanberg attended the Nobel Prize banquet wearing a crochet dress made by her sister, inspired by her research on black holes.

Eleonora Svanberg is dedicated to inspiring young people, especially girls, to embrace math and science. A PhD student in mathematical physics at Oxford, she founded the nonprofit Girls in STEM, authored a book aimed at building confidence in mathematics, and uses her extensive social media presence to challenge stereotypes in STEM. She has collaborated with organizations such as UNESCO and the Nobel Prize Foundation and has been recognized with awards for her advocacy.
